1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using BioMantle's lead generation services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

BioMantle provides lead generation and social media advertising services to businesses. Our platform identifies potential customers through advanced targeting algorithms and multi-channel advertising strategies. Services are provided on a per-qualified-lead basis with pricing ranging from $40 to $60 per lead depending on the advertising channel and lead quality.

3. Lead Qualification Standards

BioMantle defines qualified leads as prospects who meet the following criteria:

  • Demonstrated interest in your products or services
  • Meet your specified demographic and geographic requirements
  • Have provided valid contact information
  • Have engaged with your advertising content or responded to outreach efforts

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due per qualified lead delivered according to the agreed pricing structure. Invoices are issued monthly and payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. Late payments may result in service suspension.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate target audience specifications
  • Responding to leads in a timely manner
  • Maintaining compliance with applicable advertising regulations
  • Providing feedback on lead quality for optimization purposes

6. Data Protection and Privacy

BioMantle is committed to protecting the privacy and security of all data collected through our services. We comply with applicable data protection laws and maintain strict confidentiality of client information and lead data.

7. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain continuous service availability, BioMantle does not guarantee uninterrupted access to our platform. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen technical issues may temporarily affect service availability.

8. Limitation of Liability

BioMantle's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding invoices become immediately due and payable.

10. Modifications

BioMantle reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email. Continued use of services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of El Paso County, Texas.
